50 minute bi-weekly calls via Zoom with weekly email support.

Post consultation, in the initial meeting we will collect a second assessment to complete functional nutrition matrix which plots all prior symptoms and diagnoses. Based on this, we will set concrete goals and develop roadmap for success with measurable benchmarks on a monthly basis.
